Should have educational qualification in BE Production / Mechanical or Post Graduation in CAD / CAM
Must have 8 to 10 years of experience as production
Marathi Communication Skills
Thorough Machining Process knowledge
CNC Cycle time estimation
Good command over People
To execute Production Processes In house / Outsourcing to meet the target of Planning and optimum use of Resources.
Coordination with Section Supervisors for work allocation.
Problem solving of Process related activities.
Coordinating with Tooling and Insert Suppliers for seamless Production.
Coordinating with ARC Agencies for Periodic Machine Maintenance.
Coordinating with Labour Vendors for timely receipt of components.
Negotiation of optimum Labour rate with Vendors.
Ensuring Workers in his Team are motivated and they give optimum Productivity.
Ensuring Job Order closing as per defined TAT.
Jig, Fixture, Tooling development for existing and new processes.
Submitting estimated Labour cost of components to Technical Sales Team.
