We are looking for Production Manager & Process Manager

( preferably from Auto/ Engineering Industry) for our client:

A greenfield manufacturing facility of 1.8 GW Solar Cells & 1.2 GW of Solar Modules manufacturing unit, TOPcon Technology, at Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The aim is to go deeper into the solar manufacturing value chain viz. ingot & wafers in near future.

BE with 10- 15 years in Production or Process Improvement

Position Overview:

To oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient, cost effective, and high-quality manufacturing of solar cells & modules. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and an in depth understanding of solar manufacturing processes

To oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient, cost effective, and high-quality manufacturing of solar cells & modules. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and an in depth understanding of solar manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, technicians, and production staff, and will work closely with other departments such as Process Dept, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
