- Footwear manufacturer
- Main product : leather casual shoes
- Factory : Cambodia 3000-4000 workers
- Main market : Europe, for international footwear & lifestyle brands
- We are looking for Production Manager - with details as follows :
Job Summary
- You will oversee all daily operations of the Cambodia Plant (3000-4000 workers) from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Report to the Business Owner
The Job
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day factory operations to exceed our customers expectations
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Allocate resources effectively and fully use assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide direction
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Collect and analyze data to identify places of waste and provide solutions
- Commit to plant safety procedures
- Proven working experience at managerial level in footwear manufacturers
- Experience in leather casual shoes is highly prefer
- Good communications in English
- Work experience in offshore factories is a plus
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Work based in Cambodia Phnom Penh () (1.5 hours from airport)
- 12 round trip air ticket per year
- Annual leave : 14 days
- Hong Kong employment contract
- Accomodation & meals provided
