Production Head

Position: Production Manager (Aiming for Production Head)

• Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

• Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and proactive Production Manager ready to advance to the role of Production Head at our Bhiwandi facility. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in plant layout design, machinery acquisition, CNC programming, and factory setup. This role demands an individual who can enhance production operations, uphold ISO standards, and efficiently achieve production objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:

Plant Layout Design: Develop and execute efficient plant layouts to ensure optimal workflow and safety.

• Machinery Procurement: Select and acquire machinery that adheres to industry standards.

Factory Setup: Oversee the setup of the factory, including equipment installation and the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing production team, fostering a culture focused on continuous improvement and safety.CNC Programming and Planning: Create and manage CNC programs, and plan production schedules to meet deadlines.

• Production Planning: Adjust production schedules as needed to meet targets and reduce downtime.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards and drive continuous improvement.

Inventory and Resource Management: Oversee inventory and optimize the use of resources.Budget Management: Develop and manage the production budget, implementing cost-saving strategies.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of production activities and provide regular performance updates.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience, with 5 years in a leadership capacity.

Demonstrated expertise in plant layout, machinery procurement, and CNC programming.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of ISO standards.

Proficiency in production management software.
