RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Oversee and manage the production process, Ensuring efficiency, Quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure Products meet required quality standards & Customer Requirements
- Process Optimization - Identify & Implement improvements in Production processes to enhance Efficiency.
- OEE data collection Address production issue promptly, Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime & Rejections.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
- Preparation of shopfloor wrt 5s, Safety, tools & Material for the shift.
- Collaborating with other departments & Addressing any issues that may arise during production.
- Might have in shifts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Qualifications : Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy (DME)
- Experience : 0 to 2 year in foundry or related field
