Fractionation & DSP

Experience in handling the manufacturing operations in sterile facility
Hands on experience in day-to-day batch manufacturing as per cGMP norms.
Experience in Validation & Qualifications of Process vessels, CIP-SIP skid, TFF system, Chromatography system, Autoclave etc
Hands on experience on TFF System, Chromatography System, Centrifuge, Filter Press etc
Experience in Handling Change controls, Deviation, CAPAs. & Investigations.
Experience in preparation of MFR, BMR, SOPs, and Validation Protocols.
Experience in installation & commissioning of process equipment.

Fill Finish

Experience in handling the filling operations and manufacturing the batch under cGMP.
Experience in Validation & Qualifications of Vial filling line , Packing line , Autoclave, Lyophilizer, VHP etc
Experience in Process Validation and Media Fill Study.
Experience in handling vial filling line, vial washing machine , tunnel , Lyophilizer, VHP, Autoclave, CIP-SIP skid etc
Experience in Handling Change controls, Deviation, CAPAs. & Investigations.
Experience in preparation of MFR, BMR, SOPs, and Validation Protocols.
Experience in installation & commissioning of process equipment.
