Production Engineering Manager

Responsibilitie:

1.The position involves into manufacturing & assemblying of the solar pump

2.He must be able to understands th evarious heads

3.Person must have through technical knowledge of pumps, Knowlede about selection of componets through understanding of the motors especially dc motors

4.must be experinced enpgh to troubeshoot the various technical problems of motors

5. Develop and implement best practices for the assembly of solar pumps, optimizing workflows and reducing assembly time.

6. Troubleshoot technical issues related to solar pump assembly and provide effective solutions independently.

7. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of components and materials needed for assembly.

8. Monitor performance metrics related to assembly quality and efficiency, reporting findings and recommendations for improvement.

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the assembly and installation of solar pumps

Preffered Industry :

Manufacturing firms that produce solar pumps or related equipment.

Water Management organizations focused on irrigation systems, agricultural water solutions, or municipal water supply that utilize solar pumping technology.
