We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Design and implement production processes and workflows
- Monitor and control production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulations
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Develop and maintain production documentation and procedures
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Train and mentor production staff
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 2-12 years of relevant experience in production engineering
- Strong knowledge of production processes and workflows
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with production documentation and procedures
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Ability to train and mentor production staff
