PRODUCTION ENGINEER FOR ROMANIA(EUROPE)

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team in Romania, Europe. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the required hard skills and qualifications to manage our production processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement production processes and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Evaluate and improve existing production processes, workflows, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure seamless production operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and budgets.
• Train and mentor production staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to standards.
• Assist in the procurement of equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for production.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in a production engineering role in India.
• Experience in designing and implementing production processes and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of production equipment and processes, including CNC machines, robotics, and automation.
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in production processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
