Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and understand new production jobs and create documentation and designs for the production process.
Guide and help the team to complete the production job on time.
Co-ordinate with the service team to evaluate faulty products, maintain service jobs and maintain TAT documentation.
Distribute work to the team and work in production while rectifying any hurdles that team members face during production.
Manage inventory and coordinate with the team to organize periodic checks, as well as solve any issues related to inventory management.
Create and manage the QC process for the manufactured products, prepare documentation and processes for the same, and manage feedback to improve product quality.
Manage different materials to evaluate and monitor team performance, provide trainings to improve efficiency, and maintain records of the same.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Relevant experience in industrial automation and manufacturing.
Proficiency in operating a PC, Microsoft Office, and various management software.
Strong communication skills in English.
Certification in Quality Control or related fields is a plus.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Technical training or certification in electric and panel wiring is desirable.
