1. Hands-on Experience: You should have practical experience in heavy fabrication, particularly related to pressure vessels and heat exchangers. 2. Knowledge of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers: Familiarity with the design, fabrication, and assembly of pressure vessels and heat exchangers is essential. Understanding pressure testing procedures is also important. 3. ERP and IMS Knowledge: Having knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) will be advantageous. 4. Welding Expertise: Understanding welding techniques and standards (such as ASME and EN) is necessary for ensuring the quality and integrity of fabricated components. 5. Product Development Capability: You should be able to contribute to product development, continuous improvement, and optimization of manufacturing processes. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including project managers, shop management, and sub-contractors involved in the assembly stages. 7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all production activities adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
