Job Description
- Ensure daily production as per the plan
- Identify the non value added activities and improve production processes/activities to achieve better productivity.
- Responsible for rejection / rework reviewing, control with 8D CAPA, consumable cost control and systems Compliance
- WIP control for FIFO material movements
- Knowledge on IATF,EMS & TPM
- Down time analysis and action plan
- Responsible for the implementation and development improvement projects in shop floor
- Cost saving projects based on yield loss , manpower reduction & Cycle time improvement
- Fast and effective communication with the support department for resolution of the issues. i.e. stores, maintenance, Quality and purchase
- To ensure the DWM including all PQCDSM parameter and timely action on the issues
