Hiring For Production Engineer...!!!- Employment Type: Full-time

The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing fabrication tasks on the shop floor. This role requires hands-on experience with fabrication processes, a strong understanding of shop floor operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of solving technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
Perform fabrication tasks such as cutting, welding, bending, assembling, and other related activities.
- Operate various shop floor equipment, including but not limited to welding machines, cutting tools, CNC machines, and grinders.
Follow production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and other engineering documents.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.- Assist with inventory management, including tracking and reporting material usage.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Qualifications and Skills:
2-3 years of experience in a fabrication or production role.
- Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication techniques.
Experience with shop floor equipment and tools.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of safety practices and regulations.- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic computer skills for recording production data.
