Responsibilities
Summary:
Mid-Level Production Designer will design and edit print and digital implementation materials, which will primarily consist of
informational guides, promotional flyers, worksheets, slide presentations, and print and web graphics.
A PORTFOLIO (ONLINE OR PDF) MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
Essential Duties/responsibilities
Design/edit extensively in Adobe InDesign
Update the design and copy for existing single and multi-page documents.
Create new single and multi-page documents from templates based on style guides.
Ensure projects adhere to design best practices and adjust layouts accordingly.
Ability to apply accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.0, ADA Compliance) is a plus.
Design/edit illustrations and product graphics in Adobe Illustrator.
Design/edit photos in Adobe Photoshop.
Design/edit slides in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Attend and participate in project meetings. Document and follow up on important actions from meetings.
Communicate regularly with supervisors, design team, and cross-functional collaborators to understand and execute
project goals and maintain schedules.
Track tasks using project management tools.
