Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure timely completion.
- Operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately.
- Follow instructions from the Production Manager for selecting and purchasing materials.
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Handle project and resource requirements effectively.
- Determine and maintain quality control standards.
- Supervise and support junior staff in their tasks.
- Prepare detailed cutting lists for production.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols throughout the production process.
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in an interior factory.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines.
- Strong understanding of production planning and control.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
