2. Job Summary Overseas production planning activities, schedule, monthly inventory, and material control and assist into the development of manufacturing functions.

3. Job Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop long-term production strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze customer demands to anticipate future production needs and challenges. Operational Efficiency: Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Identify and implement innovative technologies or methodologies to enhance productivity. Oversee and coordinate production planning activities to ensure efficient operations. Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between different departments (e.g., production, sales, supply chain) to ensure seamless operations and alignment of goals. Performance Metrics and Analysis: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production processes, regularly analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any production-related quality issues.
