Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and organized Production Assistant to support our production team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and contribute to the smooth running of our production line.
Production Support: Assist in the setup and preparation of production lines, including organizing materials, ingredients, and equipment.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products throughout the production process, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications.
Inventory Management:
Help track and manage inventory levels, including raw materials, packaging, and finished products.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, production logs, and quality control reports.Team Collaboration: Work closely with production supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
- Problem Solving: Identify and report any issues or malfunctions in the production process to the appropriate personnel.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency in the production process.
Education:
B.Sc (Science)Experience:* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
