Job Description:

Responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to our clients. You will work

closely with our clients to understand their training needs and develop customized training

programs to meet those needs.

Conducting training sessions for clients on the features, functionality, and best usage of our

products.

Developing training materials, including presentations, user guides, and interactive exercises.

Collaborating with the Product Development team to stay up-to-date on product updates and

enhancements.

Providing ongoing support to clients to ensure they have the knowledge and resources needed

to succeed.

Gathering feedback from clients to continuously improve our training programs.
