Job Description: Understand product features and functionalities for effective training.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees and customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our product's features and functionalities.
Provide training and support to newly onboarded customers for a quick and smooth start.
Travel onsite to conduct training / workshops as per customer requirements.
Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals and videos.
Stay up-to-date on product changes and updates, and ensure that all training materials reflect these changes.
Collaborate with department managers to understand specific training needs for their respective teams and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Completed degree in BE / Engineering / MBA in a related field.
- 2+ years of successful product training experience, preferably in the education domain.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Should be willing to travel to conduct training / workshops as per customer needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with department heads and managers.
- Demonstrate ability to design and deliver focused training programs to address specific needs and challenges.
- Commitment to ongoing self-development and learning to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge and training methodologies.
