Should be able to travel to different kitchen locations on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:-
Reporting to the learning and development team.
Online and on-site training and ownership of the assigned region
Responsible for on-site hands-on training and completions all across the assigned region
Owning cross-training of teams
Good knowledge of food hygiene, food safety management processes and procedures.
Should understand the technical vocabulary around the bakery, critical controls on all measurable KPI
Ideal training and teaching skills.
Keeping track on the ratings of the stores and ensuring their stability.
Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Attends and participates in all L&D meetings.
