We are looking for Lead Solution Delivery Architect for Verint India PS team for managing WFM & Backoffice projects delivery & management for our end customers.

People Specification
6-10 Years of experience managing Projects & Implementation Deliveries
Develop detailed project plans and estimates based on identified risks and options with substantiated recommendations as appropriate
Customer Facing & Management (Project Team Technical & Non-Technical)
Understand terms and conditions under which a solution scope is to be delivered
Be the single point of contact to the customer for the delivery of solutions and services
Maintain regular project status updates to external & internal stake holders
Hands on knowledge of WFM concepts like scheduling, performance management
Experience in installing/supporting WFM products preferable Verint I360 suite.
Good knowledge of Network operations & Windows OS 2008/2016(Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
Sound Knowledge on Web Servers (IIS, Web logic, Apache Tomcat)
Excellent knowledge of IT security issues (firewall, Microsoft Group Policies, IIS lockdown, SSL, KMS)
Sound Knowledge in MS SQL Server databases and T-SQL. Should be able to understand and code medium to complex SQL queries.
Experience in log analysis, preferably with enterprise level application servers like Weblogic
Basic Knowledge around hardware - Servers H/W modules, RAIDs.
Knowledge of Telephone Systems, CTI(Cisco/Avaya/Nortel), VOIP and Call Centers would be an advantage
Good communication and Analytical skills.
Working knowledge on Citrix XenApp, and VMware ESX
