We are a FemTech focused Medtech company in the Preventive Oncology and TeleHealth space, designing, developing and commercializing globally adoptable and clinically effective, Non-invasive Cancer Pre-screening Solutions for Women.
The company's flagship product iBreastExam (iBE) is a US FDA cleared and CE marked, non-invasive, radiation- free and painless solution for identifying non-palpable breast lumps to enable early detection of breast cancer for women across all ages and demographics.
Job Responsibilities:
Hands on person with an aptitude to train the trainers (nurses, doctors, health workers & distributors) on the use of the device.
Act as the point of contact and work with various agencies for iBreastExam (iBE) Screening Camps
Collaborate with various agencies in the region and roll out Public Health Research Projects.
Conduct product presentation, demonstration, and Continuous Medical Education (CME) to customer.
Scheduling Device Installation, training sessions and attending meetings as required.
Conducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research,
sending emails and making calls.
Perform breast screening using iBreastExam device during events and medical camp
Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders
This position focuses on resolving tier 1 support of client's escalation through internal tech support team.
Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders
The device includes both a hardware and software component and this position would be responsible for supporting both aspects from a technical operation and from an end-user function standpoint.
In addition to addressing system problems, the applicant must also develop good customer relations and must proactively engage the customers, providing them forthcoming information about the product. Comprehensive product training will be provided.

Log all customer contacts including contact information for follow up
Follow up with current customers to see if you can be of further help
Qualification and Experience:
BSc/MSc/B. Pharm/M. Pharm/PharmD/BSc. MLT/Nursing/BDM
1 3 years industry or academic experience - research, life science technical sales or tech support etc.
Skills and Knowledge:
Communication skills both written and verbal would be important
Self-starter, proven track record delivering business results through meticulous planning, and execution
Customer centricity, team orientation, ability to prioritize would be critical for the success of the role
Ability to travel as per requirements
