Job Description :
1. Technical, Administrative and Customer Centricity Management for PLUB HVAC Coatings and Adhesives Applications and its related products having different Chemistries Such as PVAC Water based, Polyurethane, Rubber based and other adjacency Products.
2. Defend the sales by actively introducing product with correct SOP, Precautions, Dos and Donts and actively participate in creating Audio Video.
3. Educate both internal and external customers in regular basis during Pre as well as Post launch stage.
4. Active Support in developing of Training Modules, conduct product and application training through presentations, practical demonstrations etc.,
5. Sampling of key products such as HVAC Coatings and Adhesives at site and preparing the relevant reports on the outcomes.
6. Periodic Mapping of Knowledge Gap by arranging quizs sessions, Problem Solving with FAQs Documentation and Product Recommendation.
7. Resolve all types of customer complaints & concern in close coordination with field staff and customers / consumers and to provide immediate resolution. Mapping the complaints in PCMS and following up with the relevant teams for a quick closure.
8. Roll out of designed Demo Module Kit / PROPS in the market with both SOP and Practical Demonstration and further close Monitoring & review for the effectiveness of Demo to overcome competition upfront in market.
9. Interacting and follow up , with the concerned vendors for the creation demo kits / props and other marketing collaterals.
10. Implementation of designed Testing Protocols at field for conducting systematic product trials to capture meaningful product feedback in desired parameters / format and create documentation in review meeting.
11. Share best practices and product portfolio knowledge with customers. Identify customer moments. Voice of Customers and share in review meeting.
