About The Role
- As a Product Specialist you will be responsible for assisting in promoting our products to customers by providing product information and demonstrations of our products.
- You will work closely with surgeons/urologists & clinicians across hospitals & private practices to educate them on benefits of our products.
Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities and developing relationships within targeted accounts.
- Assisting sales team in identifying and meeting customer needs.
- Working with Sales team to develop strategies for achieving business objectives.
- Achieve annual targets set for territory.
- Understand competitive landscape and position products accordingly.
- Supporting and managing all aspects of the product lifecycle including new product launches and product retirement.
- Preparing presentations, training materials, case studies etc.
Increasing awareness of product offerings through seminars, product training programs etc.
- Coordinating & organizing conferences / CME programmes
- Supporting marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, events, roadshows, etc.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of medical devices industry preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to understand complex concepts and communicate effectively at multiple levels
- Good analytical skills
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in high energy environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
