Job Description

  1. Sales Leadership and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
    • Drive the GTM strategy and execution for new fintech products.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and align sales efforts with marketing and product strategies.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Oversee the sales process to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly.
  3. Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze sales data and generate regular reports for senior management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and market positioning.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
    • Collaborate with product development to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
    • Ensure effective communication between the sales team and other departments.
  5. Budget Management:
    • Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor expenses and ensure sales operations are cost-effective.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
