Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Quality Engineer at Workassist in Bengaluru. As a Product Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. This includes conducting quality control tests, analyzing product performance, implementing quality assurance processes, and managing overall product quality. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and address quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and continuously improving product quality.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in quality control and assurance
• Knowledge of product quality management processes
• Ability to conduct quality control tests and analyze results
• Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in the recruitment or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
