Wolters Kluwer Health's Clinical Effectiveness (CE) organization is a fast-growing and innovation-driven healthcare information technology (HIT) provider working on the front lines of clinical care. As a mission-based organization committed to getting things right, we're investing in cutting edge healthcare technology solutions to meet the strategic needs of our customers. CE is looking for a Product QA Engineer to test our application built in MS Power Pages that provide self-service analytics to our clients. The role will validate both the web app hosting analytics dashboards as well as the dashboards themselves. The ideal candidate is an expert at Quality Assurance for both web and data applications
Responsibilities:
Work with other engineers understand product design/specifications
- Work with the product owners and other stakeholders to define and understand acceptance criteria
- Define tests, execute tests, analyze results, work with team to resolve defects
- Using the CE test automation platform, develop automated test for BI solutions
- Develop test strategy and test cases for features
- Work in a mixed white box / black box testing environment
- Plan and execute tasks within an Agile/Scrum environment
Remain current with evolving industry trends and technologies
Experience:
- 3 years of Software Quality Assurance experience
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience in Manual Testing
Exposure in Automation Testing or desire to work on the same is highly preferred.
- Proficient creating scripts using reusable methods
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design and debugging skills
- Experience in the healthcare IT domain desired
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
