Product and Procurement Manager
Report to DGM or assigned personnel by the company
Manage the operation and functionality of the department
Develop products towards the direction of the company
Ensuring the product compliance according to law
Familiarize with the market trend and generate products
Forecasting products development based on market trends
Generate Purchase order and monitor the delivery of the goods
Work closely with Sales and Marketing, Retail for Market Intelligence and contribute input
Research on product in catering specified market (Beauty, Health or Home improvement)
Monitor, Analyze and research for productive and nonproductive products and initiate new product, renewal and removal, injected and turnover on selected product range
Analyze potential supplier, partnerships, and communicate closely with supplier on work order
Participate in recruiting and job setting function and performance management of team
Involve in the excom management team for management policies
Assist in Management projects Other Ad hoc request as per management
Requirements
- Education : Diploma in Business of related field
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (Dealing with China Supplier)
- Familiar with Product registration (KKM, Halal, KPDN KK Requirement and legislation)
- Experience in Retail / FMCG industry added advantage
- Has experience in Beauty and Wellness industry
- Has proven Supervision or Managerial experience (At least 3 years)
- Has valid driving license and own vehicle

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
