We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Photographer and Photo Retoucher to produce high-quality content for TBB Agency and our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, technical expertise in photography and retouching images, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to execute projects from concept to completion.
• Work according to client requirements, ensuring outstanding and consistent quality for business and brand strategies.
• Demonstrate excellent file organization and asset management to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Research and build strategies for product photo shoots and content for social media, paid marketing, and ad campaigns.
• Showcase beauty, wellness, and personal care products compellingly through visual storytelling.
• Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a product photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
• Proficiency with photo retouching software.
• Strong understanding of production techniques, including lighting and camera operation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of working with product visuals is a plus.
• Ownership of a laptop, camera, and other equipment is a plus.
