Job Summary:
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 8-12 ACI network engineers. You will drive the development and implementation of network solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Utilizing Kanban, Agile methodologies, and Jira, you will manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for ACI network solutions.
- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 ACI network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Agile Practices: Implement and promote Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, with a focus on network engineering.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and network engineering principles.
- Agile Expertise: Proven experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, and proficiency in Jira.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.
