- GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
This position works closely with Product Management and Engineering team (Development, QA and Documentation team). As PO, will participate in requirement gathering exercise, along with Product Management to document new feature requirements and modifications. They will be experts in the respective domain / product line and does an impact analysis of the new feature on the existing product. Candidate is expected to have good exposure to Business Intelligence concept, tools. Should have worked on AI initiatives, Planning and Scheduling and Demand forecasting. The candidate must possess a strong knowledge of data management applications. Closely working with UI designers, BA should ensure user experience is not compromised. They should have good communication and presentation skills.
- SCOPE
Will be responsible for gathering new requirements from Product Managers and other business leaders. Create Epic, MF and user stories in DevOps. Help engineering team, by unblocking any functional or technical constraints, during the course of development. Participate in all the scrum rituals and provide guidance to the team. Demo the features to external and internal stake holders. Work with UI team. Make sure UI is in line with the product and requirement.
Work with documentation team. Provide all required inputs to documentation team and make sure docs are reviewed and released on time.

- PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the requirements from PM and other leaders. Carry out feasibility study.
Prioritize the work based on current load on engineering team
Creation of artifacts like Epic, Marketable feature and User stories
Create data mapping documents, FRD as needed
Work with UI and documentation teams and make sure design and documentation meet all requirements
Attend Scrum meeting and unblock all the functional blocks
Carry out grooming and elaboration of the user stories

Work Experience
5 to 7 years as Techno-functional consultant, Implementation or Product owner of a Discrete Manufacturing ERP software.
