Product Owner / Senior Manager (.NET)

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs and business priorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Agile Methodology: Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and facilitate communication between teams.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis and user research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with development, design, QA, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are prioritized in product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role, particularly with .NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in leading Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, particularly with .NET frameworks and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
