MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important)

JOB DUTIES:
. Working with a cross-functional team, including Software Developers, UX/UI Designers,
Researchers, and other SMEs to ensure that solutions accurately solve for the problemsthe team has set out to solve
. Gaining a deep understanding of customer problems and pain points
. Creating customer journey flow diagrams, empathy maps, process flow diagrams, etc to
aid the cross-functional team to understanding the problem they're tasked to solve
. Creating high-level and low-level user stories using Gherkin format
. Using data to make decisions
. Defining and measuring success criteria for each project
. Partnering with Product Manager and Squad Lead for effective planning and executionon roadmap
. Leading grooming sessions with team members and knowing how to breakdown storiesat a granular level
. Effective and timely communication to stakeholders
. Handling critical, complex, and technically challenging projects on both SAAS and IoTplatforms
. Understanding the end-to-end customer lifecycle to provide subject matter expertise
. Maintaining a product backlog and kanban board, measuring cycle time, throughput andother agile metrics
. Effective management of issues/risks including escalations when needed
. Facilitate demos to solicit feedback from stakeholders and internal team members
. Validating projects for scalability and re-use in order to maximize the benefit of businessinvestments in IT
. Presenting to all levels within the company including executives, business managers,technical teams and business partners external to the company
