Job Responsibilities
The role holder is responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating with teams, and ensuring the delivery of customer-centric, valuable, and high-quality products
The Core Responsibilities Include
- Requirements Management and User Story Creation:
- Break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories using INVEST criteria.
- Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story.
- Apply agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to enhance collaboration, productivity, and project delivery.
- Act as a bridge between product and the development team to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
- Product Backlog Prioritization and Management:
- Maintain a well-defined product backlog with features, enhancements, and fixes.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on the product roadmap and release plans.
- Utilize tools like JIRA and Trello to monitor progress and facilitate transparent communication within teams.
- Sprint Planning and Task Management:
- Extract user stories from the backlog and break them down into actionable tasks.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings to define the scope of work for upcoming sprints.
- Provide support to the development team by clarifying requirements and ensuring a shared understanding of tasks.
- Monitor product performance and incorporate user feedback, market changes, and technological advancements to improve the product.
- Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine user stories and backlog items
- Continuously analyze processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement in team collaboration, project delivery, and product quality.
