Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the requirements gathering process with end users, customer leadership, subject matter experts, and internal teams and leadership
- Serve as a liaison between the customer community and the software development life cycle teams
- Owns product issues and backlog based on understanding of product strategy and requirements
- Lead design and refinement meetings
- Actively owns refinement of acceptance criteria
- Manages product artifacts (personas, user journey maps, workflow diagrams)
- Contributes to release goals based on knowledge of user base and feasibility
- Manage product releases
- Works closely with the Product Manager to:
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships: Support, Documentation, SDLC team, Sales, Marketing, Leadership
- Analyze customer problems, how they relate to product strategy, and how they can be solved on a product's roadmap
- Track release progress and mitigate risks
- Develops an understanding of product, industry, and market, including product position, customer needs, owning use cases for product, and problems being solved (why and how)
- Subject expert for product area
- Lead internal trainings
- Work with the documentation team to write product documentation
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Location
This role is open to candidates working in Bengaluru, Ind (hybrid).
Basic Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma required
- 4+ years of previous experience in software development planning and analysisStrong analytical and organizational skills
- Creative problem solving

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Innate curiosity about users, processes, and systems
- Negotiate and build consensus with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree in Business, Technology or related preferred
- Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare technology a plus
- Experience with agile/scrum preferred
- Product Owner professional certification preferred
Physical And Mental Requirements
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
- Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
- Learn and comprehend basic instructions
- Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
- Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
