Available locations: This position is open to candidates in Brazil and India (Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop functional objectives, user stories, and architectures for the AI platform.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it meets stakeholder needs.
- Ensure transparency and visibility of the product backlog to the team.
- Collaborate with the team to define stories with acceptance criteria and tests.
- Review and re-prioritize the backlog for iteration planning.
- Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners within the Software Organization.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Ensure the platform remains flexible and scalable.
- Work cross-functionally with other product areas and teams across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and cross-functional teams.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and listening skills.
- Experience in developing customer-focused virtual assistant solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and capabilities.
- Ability to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
