Primary Functions
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of talent acquisition products and features, from the idea stage to launch. Work with internal teams to support the creation of products and features that fulfill business needs for both internal and external customers The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of the HR space, with experience delivering innovative product solutions in Product Management. S/he must have product management capabilities to help with the launch of new products and/or maintain/grow existing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Senior Product team to support roadmap deliverables, client requests, and product market research.
- In partnership with fellow product managers, business stakeholders, UX and Engineering, supports the design of the Intelligence Cloud and maintains/grows other existing product lines in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management space.
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Maintains an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define product requirements into user stories and epics
- Responsible for working with inhouse/outsourced Engineering and User Experience teams to drive product releases on schedule, and with quality.
- Responsible for keeping existing customers happy by collaborating with Client Success teams
- Adheres to a product launch/release checklist to include vital items such as usability testing, and producing product documentation
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
Professional Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor s degree and 3 years of product or project development experience
- At least 1+ year of overall Product Management experience.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Management is essential.
- Expertise practicing Agile methodologies (Scrum, etc.).
- Ability to listen to, internalize, and amplify the voice of the customer.
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven thinking
- Problem-solving acumen and excellent decision making
- Proven group facilitation skills. Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high growth and dynamic environment.
Education
- Bachelor s degree required.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
