Your Tasks:
. Define, develop and deploy Customer Access & Identity Mangementenhancements to make online customer interactions convenient &effective Define, develop and deploy customer registration and account
management journeys and completion funnels within Front End Solutionproducts
. Define and implement product roadmap to accomplish aligned and agreedproduct and conversion KPI targets
. Act as major point of contact within Front End Solutions towards the widerbusiness organization and steer IT demand planning by defining, developingand deploying effective internal and cross-functional working processes,securing optimal use of available developer and product ownerresources. Build and maintain a strong relationship with CommercialExcellence and Marketing functions identifying and facilitating opportunitiesto leverage combined resources and tools. Understand customer behavioronline and drive measures to improve customer engagement. Track andanalyze data generated from various sources including ZF websites.
. Define and own Front End solutions value propositions and ensure internalcommunication is leading to global adoption by managing the CustomerSuccess manager relationship
. Sustain digital Front End Solutions operations by development andenhancement of process & system documentation. Manage and steer 3rdparty suppliers and agencies effectively
Your Profile:
. Significant experience in digitalization of account creation & accountmanagement processes & online platform development in an internationalenvironment
. Experience as digital product owner including Agile and Scrum workingmethodologies
. Experience in defining online concepts, strategies and best practices
. Experience with web analytics, tracking & measuring tools and techniques
. Fostering collaboration & empowerment. Impacting and influencing skill
