Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout
the project and create requirements.
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work
focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of
Release / Sprint Goals
Keep abreast with Agile / Scrum best practices and new trends.
Technical Knowledge (AEM)
Experience in Adobe Experience Manager content management system is a must.
Sound knowledge of AEM, DAM & Site implementation.
o AEM sites how components work, templates work, types of fragments (content,
experience), latest features.
o MSM Multi site manager, translations
o Third party integrations
o AEM assets - Renditions, Migrations
o How cloud manager works high level understanding
o Generic stuff applicable for any web application, development CDN, caching , SEO and analytics

Excellent communication skills
Professional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams and communicate with
clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
Strong conflict resolution skills
Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience managing
virtual (including near- and off-shore) teams in an international environment
Must: bachelor s in engineering (B.E) degree Overall experience of 5-9 years with 4+ years of relevant experience
