Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and executing product development projects under the guidance
of senior team members.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management,
Engineering, and CX to ensure smooth product operations.
Conduct research and analysis to support product roadmap planning and optimization.
Assist in optimizing the performance of the ticketing system.
Support the creation of operational workflows and processes to improve efficiency and
effectiveness.
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to enhance product development and
operational strategies.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business
Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with
project management tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
