- Operational Support: Support daily product operations activities, ensuring a smooth workflow between product and operations teams.
- Technical Execution: Use your technical skills to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot product tools, configurations, and processes.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to help align product goals with operational requirements.
- Customer Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze customer feedback, ensuring it is effectively communicated to the product team and incorporated into product roadmaps.
- Incident Resolution: Monitor product health and help troubleshoot operational issues, coordinating solutions and escalations with the technical and customer support teams.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, strong Excel skills, basic scripting, Zapier, API integrations, or similar technical skills to assist in data analysis, tool setup, and troubleshooting.
- Product Operations Knowledge: Understanding of the product lifecycle and best practices in product operations.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail in tracking, documenting, and improving product workflows.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with product management tools, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LookerStudio, Metabase, and Google Workspace), and design tools (e.g., Figma).
- Experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment is a plus.
