Basic Qualifications
- Enthusiasm to learn & explore new things
- Accountability and ownership in everything that you do
- Extensive experience with HRMS products combined with deep expertise in Payroll.
- Experience in handling customer queries and Analytics Skills
We are looking for a Product Operations Analyst with 2 years of experience who
- Has experience in a technical support or professional services environment
- Can understand the problems and explain solutions clearly
- Has working knowledge of support.
- Collaborates with product, engineering, and Operation teams effortlessly
- Has good experience debugging issues and a problem-solving attitude
- Good Data Analytics Skills
