Job Summary:
Product Management for all subject books in the assigned area

Responsible for end-to-end Product Management activities towards ensuring right visibility, positioning and profitability of the product range in the assigned area.

Major Duties
- Develop action points to differentiate new products & services from others in market
- Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors products
- Train & update sales team on Back List products
- Visiting schools for product brief thus helping Sales force in Promotion
- Arranging Product launch of new products as and when required in the assigned region/area
- Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales team
- Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deep dives into the product
- Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas
- Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop innovative customer engagement programmes and ensure they reach the decision makers
- Arranging Teachers workshops in the assigned area
- Arranging Webinars , handling the digital catalogue of products
- Track ROI of workshops and other teacher engagement initiatives.
- To be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups
- To have excellent people management skills to interact with sales team, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
