So every student or aspirant can prepare for their dream job without having to rely on another person for coaching or training.

To draw a parallel In the coding world, you have Leetcode, HackerRank, or HackerEarth where millions of people solve coding problems daily to prepare for jobs at FAANG and more companies. We are sure you have also used and benefited from their plethora of questions and active community.

But unfortunately in the domain of Business jobs, there are no such great platforms.

So we are building one!

A platform that has business domain questions. But in a way that simulates a real business job interview.

Business job interviews are conducted in a conversational problem-solving manner.

Therefore PracticewithEve is a speech-based AI bot that utilizes NLP to understand what the user is saying or asking about and respond or guide them with the right information. Just the way it happens in a real-life business job interview.

Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and Product Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team in Bangalore. If you have a knack for understanding market dynamics, creating compelling content, and executing effective marketing strategies, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and engagement of our cutting-edge AI-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Analyze market trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features meet market needs and user expectations.

  • Market Research:

Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Use insights to inform product development and positioning.

  • Product Positioning and Messaging:

Develop clear, compelling messaging that highlights the product's unique value.

Craft positioning statements that differentiate the product from competitors.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy:

Plan and execute product launches.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, and marketing) to ensure successful product introductions.

  • Sales Enablement:

Create sales tools, training, and collateral to help sales teams effectively sell the product.

Develop case studies, whitepapers, and product demos.

  • Customer Feedback:

Gather and analyze feedback from customers to refine the product and its messaging.

Work with product management to implement necessary changes based on user feedback.

  • Community Management:

Manage and nurture the existing community of users, fostering a positive and engaged environment.

Develop and implement strategies to grow the community across various platforms.

Respond to community inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech or edtech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in educational content development.
  • Knowledge of current trends and issues in the fields of Economics, Politics and Business Environment, Entrepreneurship, Ethics and Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior, Marketing and Strategy, and General Management.
  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
