Job Description

What You'll Do

We're seeking an experienced program manager who can help scale product marketing globally by automating and streamlining vital operational functions related to product launches, market research, customer advocacy, and sales enablement.

Job Duties

As a Product Marketing Program Manager, you will

  • work with product marketers to create launch wiki pages and track launch activities,
  • partner with engineering, product management, marketing, and sales to automate and streamline processes,
  • be responsible for our yearly launch calendar and publishing our monthly internal newsletter and
  • collaborate closely with the Customer Advocacy team to manage the development of and showcase customer success stories.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • 3-5 years of experience managing high-visibility projects and programs with a global scope.
  • You have a track record of managing customer success story development and publication processes.
  • You have a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving customer advocacy initiatives and amplifying the voice of our customers.
  • You must have strong interpersonal skills, time management, accuracy, and a passion for communicating effectively (speaking and writing in English).
  • You have prior experience using collaboration, work tracking, and project management tools, such as Confluence, Jira, Workfront, Trello, etc.
  • You have worked with teams in other geographies and know how to partner with a globally dispersed workforce.
  • You are self-directed with an unparalleled work ethic, yet equally comfortable contributing within a global team environment.
  • You have a proven track record of building and executing high-impact, high-volume programs at scale. Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to zoom out (see the big picture) and zoom in (pay attention to detail) are crucial to success.
  • You can generate reports in Excel using data extracted from CRM, collaboration, and work management systems and present them using PowerPoint. Learning and using PowerBI would be a bonus.
  • You have a high learning acumen. If you have a problem to solve and are unsure what to do, you will research potential answers and then ask leaders for approval.
