Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and design, to define product positioning, messaging, and target customer profiles.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including product presentations, sales enablement materials, case studies, and customer success stories.
- Drive the launch of new products and features, coordinating activities across teams to ensure a successful and impactful launch.
- Develop go-to-market plans and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Enable the sales team with product knowledge, training, and sales tools to effectively communicate product value propositions and drive sales success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and social media.
- Track and analyze key metrics and market trends to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in a technology startup or SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles and practices, including market segmentation, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and launching new products.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Highly collaborative, able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
- Experience in Fleet Management is a plus.
