Position Overview MoneeFlo is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market GTM strategy for our diverse range of products. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our products, which cater to different audiences, including channel partners and customers, primarily from Tier 2 cities across India.
The position is based out of Delhi NCR (at our Noida office).

Responsibility
GTM Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for each product, tailored to its specific audience.
Ensure timely and effective product launches that resonate with both channel partners and customers.
Strategic Thinking & Analysis:
Analyze feedback and learnings from product launches to refine strategies.
Provide insights and strategic recommendations to improve product positioning and performance.
Creative & Innovative Approach:
Develop out-of-the-box ideas to achieve marketing goals using innovative and cost-effective methods.
Continuously explore new marketing channels and tactics to reach target audiences.
Collaboration & Product Development:
Work closely with the engineering team, providing input for product development based on market needs and customer feedback.
Collaborate on the creation of Product Requirement Documents PRDs to ensure products meet market demands.
Travel Requirements:
Be open to traveling as needed to gather market insights, engage with partners and customers, and support product launches.
Experience with Digital Products:
Leverage experience in building and marketing digital products, especially those aimed at a partner-led model.
Requirements
1. Relevant experience of 25 years.
2. Proven experience in product marketing, particularly in financial services, travel industry, or partner-led digital products.
3. Demonstrated capability in crafting and executing GTM strategies.
4. Experience in writing PRDs and collaborating with engineering teams.
5. Candidates with experience in the financial services or travel industry or partner-led products in any industry are highly preferred
