Responsibilities
1. Market Analysis and Positioning: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Develop and refine product positioning and messaging to differentiate our talent solutions in the market.
2. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, training programs, and collateral. Create and deliver compelling product presentations and collateral for sales and marketing teams. Provide sales teams with the necessary product knowledge and resources to drive
successful customer engagements.
3. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
4. Customer Advocacy: Cultivate and leverage customer relationships for case studies, testimonials, and references. o Develop programs to foster customer advocacy.
5. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing insights to inform product and marketing strategies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends.
6. Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with our product and service leadership to understand the roadmap, features, value props and other attributes. You will become an expert on our offerings. Provide feedback to influence product development based on market and customer insights.
