Product Marketing Manager (PMM)
Job Description:
As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) working on iSOCRATES MADTechAI platform, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our SaaS platform by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in digital marketing, possess a deep understanding of SaaS products, and have experience working with high-valued brands. Additionally, candidates with experience from top marketing agencies with a global presence will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our SaaS platform.
Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, positioning, and value proposition.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
Create compelling marketing collateral including sales enablement materials, presentations, website content, case studies, and whitepapers to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and industry influencers to drive advocacy and enhance brand reputation.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and innovative marketing strategies.
Manage budgets effectively and demonstrate a strong return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.

In the first 90 days, our PMM will:
Strategically establish our platform's brand presence with limited budget resources
Apply targeted marketing strategies for high-level visibility and engagement
Generate quality leads through effective marketing campaigns
Optimize digital channels to maximize impact within target audience segments
Lay a solid foundation for sustained growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience working with billion-dollar brands and/or top marketing agencies with a global presence is highly desirable.
5-8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for SaaS products.
Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and tailor messaging to different audiences.
Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Results-oriented with a passion for driving measurable impact and achieving business objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Work with partners (e.g., PartnerStack) to develop and implement a partner/affiliate marketing strategy.
Create and provide partner onboarding materials and training.
Equip sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate the value of MTAI to potential customers.
Develop and execute GTM plans for new feature releases. Launch marketing campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
Manage the static website, SEO, SEM, social media setup, analytics, and reporting.
Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor analysis reports, and the competitive landscape to refine product positioning and identify new opportunities.
Analyze feedback from beta users to understand pain points, preferences, and areas for improvement.
Articulate the unique value proposition of MTAI, newsletters, and content marketing groundwork.
Create compelling messaging frameworks that highlight key features, benefits, and use cases of the platform.
Develop comprehensive marketing collateral and ensure user-friendly product documentation, guides, and FAQs are available to support user onboarding and usage.
Map out detailed user journeys to better understand and improve user experience and onboarding processes and establish a structured feedback loop with beta users and early adopters for continuous improvement.
Must be ready to work in EMEA, Late EMEA and ET shifts.
Must be ready to work from Mysore OR Bangalore Location.
