The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for specific products or product lines. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage aspects of the Product Marketing to ensure that the overall marketing and Business objectives are achieved.
- Position the product portfolio managed in the right way, to ensure the correct messages are disseminated, thus creating consumer awareness and demand while ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Manage and organize product marketing activities. The role holder is expected to ensure that consistent brand and product messages are presented to customers, investors, the market and staff.
- Product Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the business teams to map out the product marketing strategy and initiatives for the year.
- Creative Agency Briefing: Liaise with creative agencies, studio teams and vendors to cater to business requirements.
- Product Marketing Campaigns: Lead the conceptualization, execution, and deployment of product campaigns across digital channels, dealerships, on-ground touch points and branches.
- Customer/Dealership Engagement: Spearhead marketing efforts for to drive customer and dealership engagement and affinity towards the brand.
- Product Marketing Compliance: Ensure brand, compliance and regulatory requirements and industry standards in all products related communications and activities.
- Customer Life Cycle Management: Lead and manage the marketing for the customer life cycle.
- Market expansion: Help identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Process management: Ensure the smooth running of the product teams workflow and administrative processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as Business Team, Sales, Legal and Compliance, Campaign and Digital Acquisition Teams to ensure alignment of product communication and consistency in customer experience in the bank s online and offline channels.
- Best-practice sharing & up-skilling: Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the team and work on mutual up-skilling.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any
Post-graduation: MBA Preferably in Advertising/Marketing 3-7
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in brand/ product marketing or account management/ client servicing/ strategy or a similar role. Experience in advertising would be a plus.
